Mario Dalavalle is an award winning ice cream manufacturer based in Carmarthenshire, West Wales. 2008 was an outstanding year for Mario, he was awarded the prestigious National Ice Alliance Silver Shiled for the best dairy ice cream in the UK to add to his growing list of recognition.

Mario is a third generaton ice cream maker. He combines his Italian heritage with the best ingredients, including milk and cream sourced from a 15 mile radius of his unit.
